We traveled to St. Louis over the weekend for their Tough Mudder (I was just the spectator/photographer... shocker, right?) It was a great weekend spent with family, amazing restaurants, the Gateway Arch and the Missouri Botanical Garden. A full post on the St. Louis Tough Mudder is coming soon. Here are some photos from our trip while you wait, or you can check out last year's Tough Mudder to see what the action is all about!

Lawrence Family Preview
You have to check out this adorable session I shot at Goar Park and the University Park Fire Department. I seriously cannot get over these cute kiddos... and the seersucker, the monograms... I die! Oh and let me just say, seeing a little boy's face totally light up behind the wheel of a firetruck has to be one of the sweetest things ever. Make sure to leave some blog love for this cute fam in the comments!

Lora and Matt {Argyle Engagement Photographer}
Check out this adorably sweet engagement session I shot at the Briarwood Retreat Center! Briarwood was the site of Lora and Matt's engagement and where they will be having their wedding reception this October... since they are eloping to the Solomon Islands in a few weeks!! I couldn't be more excited for these two. They share a love for nature, animals and Purdue and there were pretty much made for each other. I am so thrilled for you guys and I can't wait to shoot your wedding reception!

Virginia's 90th Birthday Preview
This fun bunch traveled from near and far to celebrate Virginia's 90th birthday at the Gaylord Texan. There are four generations here and lots of love. Virginia (better known as Granny) is the sweetest thing and even showed me a few dance moves during our session.

Our First Home
Dan and I bought our first house a few months ago. Now we're knee deep in projects as we personalize it and make it our home. I took these photos shortly after we moved in, and I wanted to share with you our little piece of Texas.
